CheapRVParkingLouisvilleKentucky.com (“Derby Park RV,” “Campground,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides RV parking, tent camping, and special event packages at 2900 7th Street Road, Louisville, KY 40216. By booking a reservation or entering the property, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Reservation & Payment
  • All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Once payment is received, you will receive a Booking Receipt, followed by a Confirmation Number within 2 business days, which guarantees your space regardless of arrival time.
  • Multiple groups under one reservation will be placed together whenever possible.
  • Reservations are held until 4:00 PM checkout time on the day following your scheduled arrival.

  1. Arrival & Check‑In

  1. Campground Rules

By entering the property, guests agree to:

  • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
  • Maintain orderly behavior; disorderly conduct or illegal activity may result in removal without refund.
  • Respect quiet hours and neighboring campers.
  • Keep all vehicles and equipment within designated areas.
  • Not hold the Campground liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property or personal injury. (Industry‑standard RV park liability language based on comparable RV park terms.)

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest violating campground rules.

  1. Amenities & Services

Amenities available to guests include:

  • 24/7 restroom and shower access
  • Free Wi‑Fi
  • 24/7 on‑premise security
  • Water fill station and on‑site dump station (not at individual RV sites)
  • 20, 30, & 50 amp electric service

Event packages may include additional entertainment, food, or activities. Event tickets for Louisville-area events are not included unless explicitly stated.

  1. Site Placement
  • Specific site numbers are not guaranteed.
  • Staff will assign spaces based on availability, vehicle size, and event traffic.
  • Vehicle parking will be located close to your assigned space.
  1. Prohibited Activities
  • Dumping waste outside designated dump stations
  • Damage to property, fences, utilities, or facilities
  • Unauthorized commercial activity
  • Fire hazards or unsafe equipment
  • Any activity violating local, state, or federal law
  1. Liability

Guests accept camping privileges with the understanding that they release the Campground, its owners, and employees from liability for:

  • Loss or damage to property
  • Personal injury arising from use of the facilities

Guests agree to indemnify the Campground against claims resulting from their actions or those of their family or guests. (Standard RV park liability language modeled from comparable Kentucky RV park terms.)

  1. No Refunds for Early Departure

Early departure does not qualify for refunds or credits. (Industry standard.)

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all RV parking, tent sites, and special event packages booked through CheapRVParkingLouisvilleKentucky.com.

  1. General Refund Policy

Due to high demand and limited space during events, all reservations are subject to the cancellation fees listed below. There are no refunds for early departure.

  1. Cancellation Fees (Standard Reservations)

Based on published campground rules:

  • Within the first 72 hours after booking: $50 cancellation fee
  • After 14 days: 50% of the reservation cost
  • After 30 days: 100% of the reservation cost (no refund)

These fees apply regardless of arrival date or event schedule.

  1. Special Event Packages (Derby, Bourbon & Beyond, Louder Than Life, etc.)

Special event reservations are high‑demand and non‑guaranteed until confirmed.

  • Event reservations follow the same cancellation fee schedule unless otherwise stated in the package description.
  • Event tickets for Louisville‑area events are not included in RV packages.
  1. No‑Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive by the day after their scheduled check‑in (4:00 PM) forfeit the entire reservation amount. (Industry standard based on comparable RV park policies.)

  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time: 7–10 business days (industry standard).

  1. Website Downtime or Payment Issues
