Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Due to the limited availability of our RV sites and the impact cancellations have on our ability to accommodate other guests, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all reservations.
Cancellation Fees
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of booking: A $50 cancellation fee will apply.
- Cancellations made 14–30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: The full reservation amount is non-refundable.
No-Shows & Early Departures
Guests who do not arrive for their reservation and do not provide notice will not receive a refund.
No refunds or credits will be issued for early departures, unused nights, weather conditions, or changes in travel plans after check-in.
Refund Processing
Any refund due under this policy will be returned to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the guest’s bank or credit card provider.
By completing a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
